VANZVZN LLC ("Van's Vision," "we," "us"), an Arizona limited liability company, operates vanzvzn.com and the associated Partner Portal. VANZVZN LLC is our legal name; Van's Vision is how it's spoken. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

Information We Collect

When you book a consultation, sign a client agreement, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business information, and details you share during coaching or consulting sessions.

If you sign up for our free checklist or newsletter — via the signup links on this site or our link-in-bio page — that signup is processed by The Leap, which collects your name and email address on our behalf, under its own privacy policy in addition to this one.

Our booking tool (Cal.com) similarly processes data under its own privacy policy when you use it directly. Our Partner Portal is part of our own website (not a third-party site); partner account data, audit results, session notes, and recording links are stored in our database, provided by Supabase, and secured so that each partner can only ever access their own records.

Cookies & Consent

We use two kinds of cookies and similar technologies:

Strictly necessary — required for the site to function: your Partner Portal login session (Supabase authentication) and a small cookie that remembers your cookie choices. These are always on and are not used for tracking.
Analytics & performance (optional, off by default) — set only if you opt in via the cookie banner:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — standard analytics data (pages visited, general location, device type, referral source).
- Microsoft Clarity — aggregated behavioral data such as scroll depth, clicks, and session replays. On Partner Portal pages, replays help us improve the portal experience; Clarity automatically masks sensitive content such as password fields.

Analytics tools do not load at all until you choose “Accept all” or enable the analytics category in the banner. You can decline them entirely, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie settings (also linked in the site footer). Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we ask again. Neither tool is used to identify you personally by name, and neither is used for advertising targeting by us.

Confidentiality

Information you share during coaching or consulting sessions is kept confidential in accordance with your signed Client Agreement. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain client records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations, after which they are securely deleted.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at hello@vanzvzn.com.
