These Terms govern your use of vanzvzn.com and any coaching or consulting services provided by VANZVZN LLC ("Van's Vision," "we," "us"), an Arizona limited liability company. VANZVZN LLC is our legal name; Van's Vision is how it's spoken.
Van's Vision provides individual coaching, business operational consulting, and group workshops as described on this site. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are defined in your individual Client Agreement and Proposal, which govern over any general description on this website in the event of a conflict.
Van's Vision provides guidance and support but does not guarantee specific results. You are solely responsible for decisions and actions taken based on coaching or consulting provided. Van's Vision is not liable for damages or losses arising from your use of our services or this website.
Our coaching services are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, or other licensed mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
Fees, payment schedules, and late payment terms are specified in your individual Client Agreement.
Either party may terminate an active engagement per the notice period specified in your Client Agreement (typically 14 days' written notice). Clients remain responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
All frameworks, methodologies, templates, and materials provided by Van's Vision remain our proprietary property. You may not share, resell, or distribute them without written permission.
Booking (Cal.com) and our newsletter/checklist signup (The Leap) are operated by third parties under their own terms; use of those tools is subject to their respective terms of service in addition to these Terms. Our Partner Portal is part of our own website and is not operated by a third party; the underlying data storage and authentication are provided by Supabase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
