This page explains relationships and limits you should know about before working with VANZVZN LLC ("Van's Vision," "we," "us"). Your Client Agreement governs if anything here conflicts with it.

Referral relationships

We don't provide payments risk, chargeback, subscription compliance, processor or legal services. When a client or prospect needs them, we may introduce a specialist partner. Some specialist partners pay us a referral fee when we introduce a client.

We tell you before any introduction whether a referral fee may apply.
You're never obliged to use a specialist we suggest, and you can ask us for more than one option.
We share your contact details with a specialist only after you agree to the introduction.

Third party tools and names

We name the software we work with (for example store platforms, CRMs, subscription apps, payment gateways, dispute tools, and email or SMS tools) so you know what we can connect. Those names and trademarks belong to their owners. Naming a tool doesn't mean we're partnered with, endorsed by, or paid by its maker. If that ever changes for a tool we recommend, we'll say so.

How we use AI

We use AI tools, including AI agents, to help deliver our services. Client information is used only to deliver your engagement, as set out in your Client Agreement, and access to your systems is limited to what the work needs. Agents we build that could move money or change a customer's record act only after a person on your team approves.

Not professional advice

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or licensed mental health treatment. In a crisis, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
Consulting and Connected Commerce Systems work is operational. It is not legal, compliance, payments risk, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Confirm those questions with a qualified professional.
Results depend on many things outside our control, and we don't guarantee specific outcomes (see our Terms of Service).
